Built in 1865, MOTEL Studios combines exposed brickwork, original mahogany beams and connected ground-floor spaces with the production capability modern events need.

Host a brand activation, award ceremony, conference, filming day, photo shoot or meeting. Hire one studio for a focused session, two for an event with breakouts, or all three for a full venue takeover.

Drive-in access, 1Gb Wi-Fi, three-phase power and rigging points certified to 320kg keep production straightforward, while one event coordinator supports you from site visit to load-out.

Studio 1

Size: 22m × 9m, with a 7m × 7m mezzanine

Studio 1 is a flexible space for meetings, filming, photography and seated dinners. It includes a separate kitchen, a 5m × 4m projection wall, 1Gb Wi-Fi and rigging certified to 320kg.
